Rapid Prototyping – Bearings

Hartford Technologies is known for its rapid prototyping,
and rapid production services, for bearings.
 Functional parts,
prototype injection mold tooling or machined parts are produced
in a variety of plastic and metal materials on a fast-track basis. 

With our SolidWorks CAD software, engineering data is translated
directly to the machining or SLA technology.  SLA – Stereolithography–
uses photosensitive, laser-cured resins to trace the parts’ cross-sectional
geometry, layer by layer. This produces a precise representation of the
CAD model, saving time and steps, and making collaboration –
and consensus – simpler. 

Hartford Technologies’ rapid prototyping technology reduces the
lead times normally required to obtain production bearings to as little
as 12 working days, giving Hartford bearings customers a meaningful
competitive edge they can take to the bank.
