Applications: Custom Roller Bearings and
More for the Automotive Industry

Hartford works with customers in automotive, and virtually every other
sector to design, manufacture and test custom roller bearings that meet
specific requirements for radial load capacity, oscillation, sealing, material
and cost.  Our specialties in custom roller bearings include:

  • Drawn cup needle roller bearings
  • Sealed drawn cup needle roller bearings
  • Drawn cup full complement needle roller bearings

Hartford also manufactures drawn cup roller clutch, clutch bearings,
and clutch bearing assemblies.

Hartford brings 40+ years experience to each custom roller bearings
project. We can assist with bearings analysis and troubleshooting,
evaluate bearings used in tests, or in the field, to identify design or
material issues, and make recommendations for improved performance.
All with full lab documentation.

When the need is for highest quality custom roller bearings, Hartford
has the experience to provide the most robust and cost-effective design
for your application.  Most important, we avoid the costs of over-designing,
and the performance difficulties inherent in under-designing.

When it’s time to manufacture, facilities on both sides of the globe
give Hartford customers a substantial advantage, in cost and lead time,
particularly for deliveries to North America and Asia.

Send us your drawings or components.  Let us show you how Hartford
will earn the right to be your #1 supplier of custom roller bearings!
