Process Control (SPC). For automotive applications, a
Process Failure Mode Effect and Analysis (PFMEA) and Pre-production
Approval Process (PPAP) can be supplied.
Quality Certification
Hartford Technologies is certified QS9001-2000. We
are also certified by many automotive manufacturers as a
Tier I and II supplier.
APQP
The Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process is
a structured method of defining and establishing the required
steps to ensure that each product satisfies our customer.
At Hartford Technologies, the Advanced Product Quality
Planning process is utilized for all new and existing
products and embodies the concepts of defect prevention
and continuous improvement as opposed to defect detection.
Working closely with our customers, Hartford Technology
encourages communication with everyone involved to ensure
customer satisfaction is achieved during key product stages
via:

Full planning, design, development, program
management, generation, and
validation of product and processes
Complete documentation and reporting to customer
requirements
Concurrent development, execution, and validation

All products are fully traceable from raw material through
